I didn’t photocopy the “Customer Satisfaction Survey" because it simply was all 5’s, the best one could hope for.

I drove 3.5 hours from the Bay Area to meet Tracy and drop off the clock. At an arranged date, I picked up the clock from him, yes another 7 hours down and back from my home. It was EASILY worth every mile, as the clock plays music every 15 minutes, on time — though we have to work at it - it needs winding every 3-4 days.
I think sharing the clock with my wife was my favorite gift in our all years, possibly the meaning of it being the passing of time of course. Tracy came through with tremendous service. His website attracted me to him, for after watching a few of his videos, he seemed like the perfect match to repair the granddaughter clock for Christmas. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tracy.
